Does OptimizeAffiliate require Shopify?

No. Ecommerce brands can receive daily, weekly, or monthly affiliate email reports without installing an app. Shopify brands can also use the embedded workspace for deeper order, inventory, catalog, and promotion context.

Do I need another affiliate dashboard?

No. Configurable email reports provide affiliate performance, partner movement, and priority actions. The Shopify workspace is available for deeper investigation and execution.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing the OptimizeAffiliate Shopify app or creating a daily email account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the service.

2. Description of service

OptimizeAffiliate syncs affiliate performance data from connected networks, generates actionable recommendations, and delivers daily emails. Shopify customers also receive the embedded app workspace and Shopify-specific program context.

3. Billing

Brands that first install the Shopify app or create a daily email account by October 1, 2026 qualify for the Founding Brand offer and may keep their selected plan at $0 per month. After that date, the Shopify app and daily email plan is $49 USD per month and includes unlimited affiliate network connections. The email-only plan is $29 USD per month per brand. Shopify app charges are billed through Shopify. Email-only billing details will be presented before a paid subscription begins. You may cancel the Shopify plan by uninstalling the app or the email-only plan from your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the app to access affiliate data you are not authorized to access
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary logic from the app
Use the app in ways that violate AvantLink's or Impact's terms of service
Resell or sublicense the app to third parties

5. Agent recommendations

The Actions Inbox recommendations are generated by an AI model analyzing your affiliate data. They are advisory only. You are solely responsible for any business decisions made based on app recommendations. We make no guarantee that following a recommendation will increase revenue or improve program performance.

6. Availability and uptime

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party API outages (Shopify, AvantLink, Impact), or infrastructure issues may cause temporary unavailability. We will communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OptimizeAffiliate and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost affiliate relationships, or data loss.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app operator is domiciled, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
